Alana and Mark had a beautiful day at Lairmont Manor and a lot of fun ensued as well:). It’s amazing what a difference a day makes. You might remember the blog post below about the reception at the hockey arena and this wedding was the same weekend. I couldn’t get over how great their reception was as well. If anyone wants to name drop who the gentleman was that was singing, he was amazing! And so was the gal that joined him (her voice was phenomenal!). Well I have lots of photos to show you so I better get to it. Enjoy.
This was Friday…
… and Sunday:-).
I’ll leave this with no context until the next photo.
Imagine Mark off to the left here – His white vest was a perfect reflector so that’s what was happening up above.
One of my favorite images of the summer!
If anyone knows how to upload voice memos from the iPhone I would share a snippet I recorded on my phone of the crowd singing ‘Sweet Caroline’. It was epic and I definitely got goose bumps.

Erin and Aaron were great hosts and had a fantastic day that really seemed meant for them to be able to enjoy themselves! We were just glad we could be a part of it. A fun side not was that I believe there were approximately 8 Aaron/Erin’s and it was nice being one of them. During the ceremony they had their ‘Aaron take you Erin’ chuckle and ‘I Erin take you Aaron’ chuckle moments. I loved it. Well I’ll have a few fun things to say about the photos a long the way so I’ll get to those. Congrats to you both and enjoy!
So, I wanted to post this first because last week Meg had a fun post about a photo and I wanted to show off for her that she had another cool outcome from that setting. I love this shot with Ren in it as well.
Boston fan’s, I’ll let it go this time.
I call the ‘the cruise’ shot, this couple must be watching a show on the Royal Caribbean.
The Lake Union Cafe is such a beautiful setting for an event.
And this last photo needs context. I believe the song was Cotton Eyed Joe but I know exactly what these fellas were doing. The gentlemen in the fore and background were holding the imaginary jump ropes and our featured guest here? He was jumping and he took his ‘imaginary activity’ very seriously:). These guys made me laugh harder than I have in awhile, it was fantastic!
-Aaron or Double, eh?

Okay, we are in the midst of it here. We have been shooting tons! I have weddings, senior photos, baby’s and more to share on the blog in the coming days. So sit back relax and enjoy the barrage of blogs over the next few days!
Here are a few photos of Grant from the last week that I can’t get over. I love this kid!
P.S. If our neighbors ever paint their house, we wouldn’t know what to do with ourselves, it just creates such fantastic window light:).
No seriously, I can’t get over how awesome Grant is… Seriously.
I can’t get the goofy grin off of my face as I look at this next one.
-Double, eh? or Aaron
I am so excited to share this post! First of all – I couldn’t be happier with so many Aaron/Erin’s in the room! At one point, we were up to at least eight Aaron/Erin’s!! Eight! I will give the whole story later! For now, and educational moment!
I love to challenge myself with continued education in photography! A few years ago, Aaron and I attended WPPI, which is the conference to go to if you are a photographer in the industry! This is where we met Jerry Ghionis! He is an amazing photographer from Australia that challenges you to take the “Ordinary to Extraordinary”. You can read all about it on his site! Well, this was my mindset. How can I turn a guest bedroom with bright sunshine shining in into an awesome image? And here is what I came up with! I hope you enjoy!
Shout out to Erin for being DROP DEAD GORGEOUS!!!!

Here is the guest bedroom. Notice the beam of light coming in from the window??? Yeah!! Me too!!!!
Enjoy and look forward to many more images from the wonderful day!!!
