Kelly and Austin – Bellingham Wedding Photography

You may remember Kelly and Austin from their engagement session here.  After that shoot, the Pacific Northwest could have thrown us pretty much any weather and we would have shown it what’s up!  It ended up being a beautiful day and what an amazing crew of friends and family that was there to love and support Kelly and Austin as they tied the knot!  These two had so much fun with their theme and so did we:-).  Hello romantic garden wedding!

Enjoy this preview!!

Are you wondering where Meg found this amazing surface for this ring shot?

Yep… Meg is good:-).  Nice. It’s fun to look around an ordinary kitchen and utilize this great stove fore the shot above! Secret is out!

Yep, spurs!  Woot.

Meg found some amazing light…

Bam!

We had a blast with this old Volvo.

Bam:-)!

Fun little collaboration with Kelly to get this next shot.  I love when that happens.

I couldn’t have planned or set up this up any better… They ran off to hide and celebrate alone for a moment.  Loved it!

Double Barrel BBQ, so good!

Kelly and Austin wanted a photo booth.  We made it a little less boothy and Kelly’s dad brought bunches of goods from his amazing prop studio.  Nice.  I’ll have to do a post on those shots sometime soon:-).

Austin had personalized cuff links made for each of his ‘dudes’.  So cool!

This light was soo amazing!!

Kelly serenaded.

I love our job!!

That ring shot still amazes me! Nice job turning something ‘ordinary into extrodinary’. Good work :)

These pictures are truly beautiful and capture the Sweet Spirit that blessed the whole day. Thank you for your skills that contributed to capturing Austin and Kelly’s love and what it means to have a marriage, not just a wedding.

Meg and Aaron: You were both such a precious part of what was a very amazing day. Meg, your kindness and concern for people’s needs (like for water and food, etc) was very touching. Aaron was always funny and full of energy. You seemed like part of the family throughout the day. The fact that you are able to capture images in the ways that you do is icing on the cake. . . you have a gift and use it well.

Well done guys. That back field was nothing but dirt when I was there. I’m glad you got some use out of it.

Ahhh. Such beautiful pictures and so authentic. I am delighted you attended to the little details that are special just to them. I love the little “get away” they had after the ceremony. Good for them! Can’t wait to see the album!!
